I am not a deep theologian, nor that wise and definitely not a biblical scholar but I think that this engaging and very well-articulated "rule" and what needs to happen totally corresponds to the notion of the second most important rule that Christ taught " And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself."
I would also argue that in order to become church that in some way embodies what Christ taught we definitely need to be more inclusive so what you are saying Erik is directly a positive and real challenge to make it so. Thank you for both inspiring and challenging us all.
